1.1. The Controller of your personal data is IQPD Sp. z o.o., based in Kraków, Poland, VAT No. 6793106021, hereinafter referred to as “IQPD”, “the Company”, or “the Controller.”

1.2. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process and protect personal data of users accessing the website krakowairporttransfer.pl, submitting booking forms, contacting us by email, phone, WhatsApp or using our transportation services.

• name and surname, • phone number, • email address, • flight number, • pickup and drop-off addresses, • number of passengers, • luggage details, • service preferences, • company details (for invoicing), • VAT information (if applicable).

• IP address, • device identifiers, • browser type and version, • cookies, • analytics data (Google Analytics or similar tools), • marketing tags (Meta Pixel, Google Ads – if enabled).

2.3. Payment-related data

• payment method details (we do NOT store full card numbers), • invoice information, • billing information for corporate clients.

IQPD does not process sensitive personal data (special categories).

3.1. Booking and provision of transportation services

Including confirmations, changes, operational contact, and execution of the journey. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) – performance of a contract.

3.2. Invoicing and accounting

Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(c) – legal obligation.

3.3. Responding to inquiries

via telephone, WhatsApp, contact form or email. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest (communication with users).

3.4. Marketing of our own services

(manual responses, follow-ups to inquiries; no automatic newsletters). Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).

3.5. Website analytics, performance improvement and user behavior analysis

Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) – website optimization.

3.6. Establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims

Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).

IQPD does not run automated decision-making that produces legal effects for the user.

IQPD does NOT sell personal data to third parties.

• booking and invoicing data – 6 years (legal requirements), • contact form / email conversations – up to 12 months, • analytics data – up to 26 months, • complaint-related data – 3 years.

Once the period expires, data are deleted or anonymized.
