A: The hotel shares the guest’s basic details (name, pickup time, flight number if applicable, destination). IQPD confirms the booking and handles coordination end-to-end, including updates and changes.
Q2: Do you provide meet & greet with a hotel name sign?
A: Yes. Meet & greet can be arranged on request, including a signboard with the hotel name (or guest name), depending on your preferred standard.
Q3: Can the hotel be billed monthly (consolidated invoice)?
A: Yes. We can consolidate transfers into a monthly invoice (VAT invoice where applicable). Billing details and references are agreed during setup.
Q4: Can guests pay directly instead of the hotel?
A: Yes. We can support either model: guest pays directly, or hotel-billed cooperation (contract/wholesale) depending on your process.
Q5: Do you offer a referral / commission model?
A: A referral/commission model can be arranged depending on the cooperation type and volumes. We confirm the model during the initial setup call.
