A traditional taxi is normally booked on demand. The fare may be calculated using a taxi meter, and the final vehicle category depends on availability at the time of travel.

IQPD Private Transfer

An IQPD transfer is arranged and confirmed in advance.

The service includes:

a vehicle category selected for the passenger and luggage requirements;
a fixed price confirmed before booking;
written booking details;
direct operational contact;
flight monitoring when a valid flight number is provided;
Meet & Greet for confirmed airport-arrival services;
a VAT invoice on request.

IQPD does not use taxi meters or provide street-hail services.

How Transfer Pricing Works

IQPD does not use taxi meters. Every transfer is priced individually before the booking is confirmed.

Prices shown in the tables are starting rates for the most frequently requested routes. Your final quote may differ depending on:

the exact pickup and drop-off addresses;
the number of passengers;
the number and size of luggage items;
the required vehicle category;
the travel date and pickup time;
the number of requested stops;
waiting time or itinerary requirements;
child seats or specialist equipment;
route conditions and operational availability.

After these details have been confirmed, you receive the total fixed price before booking.

Licensed International Transfers

A standard domestic taxi licence alone does not authorise international passenger transport.

Cross-border journeys should be operated by a carrier holding the appropriate passenger transport authorisation and documentation for the confirmed route.

IQPD confirms international transfers only for routes that we are legally authorised and operationally able to provide.

For international routes, please send the complete pickup and destination addresses, passenger count, luggage information and travel date so that we can confirm availability and the correct vehicle.

Can I book a return transfer?

Yes. You can request both journeys at the same time.

Please provide the date, pickup time, route, passenger count and luggage details for each transfer. We will confirm availability and provide the price for both journeys.

What is included in the confirmed price?

The price includes the vehicle and service described in the booking confirmation.

For confirmed airport pickups, this may include Meet & Greet, flight monitoring and the agreed waiting time. The exact service scope is stated in your quote and booking confirmation.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Cancellation conditions depend on how much time remains before the scheduled pickup and are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
