Executive Sedan vs Business Van — What Actually Changes in Corporate Transfers
The difference between a sedan and a van is not just size. Seating configuration, luggage capacity, cabin privacy and passenger experience differ enough to matter for executive-level bookings. A sedan is the right choice for straightforward scenarios. A van reduces operational risk and improves comfort when luggage, group size, or timing are uncertain.
TL;DR
- Sedan: 1–2 passengers, standard luggage, simple route, quiet cabin priority
- Van: 2–4 passengers, multiple suitcases, uncertain luggage, late arrivals, higher comfort buffer
- When in doubt: book the van — downgrading on the day is not possible, upgrading in front of the guest is awkward
- Always confirm luggage fit and fixed total price in writing before the trip

- 1–3 passengers maximum (rear bench seating)
